Hi,

My name is Linnet Silver. I am just a regular person. I am a wife and a mother of a 2-year-old baby. In the year 2004 I had the greatest loss of my life. I lost my father in an accident. The year my Dad expired I was perusing my graduation in a Bible Collage. Therefore, I couldn’t see my Dad for the last time. Around 21 days after his death I came to know that he was no more. On hearing this news I was broken to a point that I felt I would never recover. The following day I was sitting in the corner of a chapel weeping for my Dad, trying to remember his voice and wishing to hug him once more, thinking how he used to call me Linnet and how I used to call him Dad. Suddenly, a thought came into my mind that there is now no one in this whole world whom I could call Dad, I was just sitting and sobbing. A man of God came on the pulpit he preached from Isaiah 9:6 “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders, and he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace”. Then he began to speak about the Everlasting Father. I can still remember ever single word he said as if I have heard him yesterday. He said that Jesus is our Everlasting Father; he will be with us forever. His fatherhood will never end. He will be a father to me till the very end of my life. I heard God speaking to me, mending my broken heart telling me that I could call him “Dad”. I felt God’s hand wiping away the tears that were rolling down my cheeks. I sat amazed wondering how God could exactly know what I needed to hear. Then the man of God began to speak about “The Wonderful Counselor”. He said are you amazed to hear the voice of God? Are you thinking how does he know what you need to hear? Then he said because Jesus is a Wonderful Counselor. He councils you and you began to wonder how he exactly knows the need of your heart. Jesus Indeed is The Wonderful Counselor. This site is all about you hearing the council of God. I believe each one of us in one point of time need to hear the tender voice of God and I hope my site would be a means by which my visitors may hear his comforting voice. If you ever hear him speaking to you do not wonder just know that the one who is speaking to you His name is The Wonderful Counselor.
